A Sales Contract must be signed by both yourself and the Provider before an installation start date can be scheduled. Please carefully read the Sales Contract to ensure it appropriately represents the project’s service and products.
The location and surrounding areas in which the project will take place must have a clear path for ease of access and debris removal. Appliances, furniture, valuables, delicate items, and furnishings must be removed from both the work site and the path leading up to the work side. Ensure that all electronics and electronic equipment are disconnected and removed prior to the start of Installation.

The foundation of a project’s success are patience and effective communication. We will do everything to tend to concerns in an effective and efficient manner. Should an issue arise, please bring it to the attention of the Provider as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be resolved with the Provider, please contact us at 877-477-1121.
While Providers are working, please keep all occupants, visitors, and pets at a secure distance. The installation project may involve hazardous conditions, including but not limited to: machinery, tools, and debris. If you have any pets, please ensure they are secured in a location away from the work area. Providers cannot be responsible for securing pets while moving about the premises.
Every project includes degree of debris and dust. We strongly suggest closing entryways and vents in the installation space to minimize debris and dust.
Please be prepared for potentially loud machinery and other varying levels of noise necessary to complete the project.Additionally, certain projects will involve work that produces strong odors, which will diminish soon after your project is completed.
During work hours the contractors will need to enter and exit your home and cannot be responsible for securing pets. So if you have pets, please make sure they are secured away from the work area.
